Programs
At GOE Lead, we believe that every young person possesses untapped potential that just needs the right environment to flourish. Our programs offer a dynamic blend of creative arts, technical training, digital literacy, and professional development designed to equip youth with both the hard skills and soft skills needed for a changing world. By providing access to modern technology, hands-on production studios, and corporate mentorship, we turn modern youth passions into viable career pathways and community leadership opportunities.
We proudly serve youth and young adults (ages 12–24) from historically underserved communities, local school districts, and working-class families. Whether a participant is looking to discover their voice in a recording studio, learn a trade by refurbishing hardware, or bridge the gap to their first corporate career, GOE Lead provides the safe spaces, modern tools, and community-driven mentorship they need to succeed.

Program 1
This program empowers young creatives to turn their passion for music into a technical skill set. Participants gain hands-on experience in a professional studio environment, learning the ins and outs of audio engineering, digital audio workstations (DAWs), and beat-making. By mastering the tools of the trade, youth find their unique creative voices while building a foundation for careers in the music industry, podcasting, and sound design.

Program 2
Designed for young adults navigating the transition to the workforce, this program bridges the gap between ambition and employment. We provide comprehensive career readiness training that covers everything from crafting standout resumes to mastering the art of the interview. Through corporate shadowing and leadership workshops, participants build the professional network and soft skills required to thrive in modern work environments.

Program 3
This program takes youth behind the scenes of live entertainment, teaching the technical and logistical skills needed to bring events to life. Participants learn the mechanics of stage production—including live sound engineering, concert lighting design, and set construction. By planning and executing actual community showcases, students get real-time, high-stakes experience in event management.

Program 4
In an increasingly digital world, this program bridges the digital divide by equipping youth and their families with essential tech resources. Participants learn the mechanics of hardware by repairing and refurbishing computers and devices, keeping electronics out of landfills. Simultaneously, the program elevates digital literacy—teaching coding, software navigation, and online safety—and distributes refurbished tech back into the community.
